3. USER ACCOUNTS

  • Provide accurate and updated information.
  • You are responsible for your account and password security.
  • RidePluse may suspend your account for false info or violations.

4. SERVICE USAGE

Customers may request services via the app or website. Captains and vendors must act professionally and legally. We may collect GPS and usage data to ensure safety and quality.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Charges include base fare, surge, taxes, etc.
  • Payments go through secure third-party gateways.
  • All payments are final unless allowed by our refund policy or law.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Users may incur charges for cancellations. RidePluse may cancel for operational issues. Refunds are governed by our policy and legal standards.

7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow applicable laws and respect all parties.

8. CAPTAIN AND VENDOR OBLIGATIONS

  • Must have valid licenses and permits.
  • Ensure vehicle condition and compliance.
  • Complete verification and submit documents.
  • No account sharing is allowed.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and trademarks belong to RidePluse. You may not copy, distribute, or misuse platform materials without permission.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may integrate third-party services. RidePluse is not responsible for their policies or practices.

11. DISCLAIMERS

Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or specific provider availability.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RidePluse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses including data, profits, or goodwill.
